Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of the website and services provided by HQ Visible ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site, requesting a Snapshot, or purchasing a Report, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service description

HQ Visible offers two products: the Free AI Visibility Snapshot (a short diagnostic email about how AI assistants describe a given business) and the Full AI Visibility Report (a paid, deeper analysis with an implementation plan; pricing and availability are announced separately).

HQ Visible provides informational analysis and recommendations based on publicly available information and research.

2. Free Snapshot — scope and limitations

  • Includes: an AI Visibility Score, a competitor risk overview, main findings, and priority opportunity areas, delivered by email.
  • Does not include: step-by-step implementation instructions, exact fixes, or a complete action plan.
  • Delivery: typically within 24 hours, and always within 1–2 business days.
  • The Snapshot is provided "as is", for informational purposes only.

3. Full Report — scope and limitations

  • When available, includes: full analysis, detailed competitor comparison, exact findings with root causes, a step-by-step implementation plan and a 30-day action plan.
  • Pricing and availability are announced on the pricing page.
  • The Full Report is also informational and does not constitute legal, financial, marketing-performance or business-outcome advice.

4. No guarantees

HQ Visible does not guarantee search rankings, AI recommendations, traffic increases, customer acquisition or business results. Specifically, we do not guarantee:

  • Any particular position in Google or other search engines.
  • Any particular response from ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity or other AI assistants.
  • Any increase in website traffic, leads, customers or revenue.
  • That AI assistants will mention, recommend, or accurately describe your business.
  • Any specific business outcome of acting on our recommendations.

AI assistants are third-party systems that change over time. Their responses depend on factors outside our control.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Submit a website you do not own or are not authorised to submit on behalf of.
  • Use the service for any unlawful, deceptive or harmful purpose.
  • Attempt to interfere with, scrape, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
  • Resell or sublicense the Snapshot or Full Report without our written permission.

6. Payment terms

These payment terms apply once paid products are enabled. Prices are shown on the pricing page and may be displayed exclusive or inclusive of VAT as indicated. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. By purchasing, you authorise the listed amount to be charged to your payment method.

7. Refund policy

For consumers in the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal on digital services under the Consumer Contracts Directive. By starting the delivery of a Full Report before the 14-day period ends, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the report has been fully delivered.

If you believe the delivered Report does not match its description, contact hello@hqvisible.com within 14 days and we will work in good faith to resolve it, including a refund where appropriate.

8. Intellectual property

HQ Visible retains all rights to its methodology, report format, scoring framework, brand and software. You retain ownership of your business information and content. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Snapshot and Full Report internally within your organisation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HQ Visible's total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) DKK 0 if no fees were paid. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data or lost opportunities.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable mandatory law (e.g. for gross negligence or intentional misconduct, or consumer rights that cannot be waived).

10. Privacy

Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to the service or these Terms

We may update the service and these Terms over time. Material changes will be communicated where required. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Danish law, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
